3. Confirm the order

5. About using MONREVE or other products belong to this website.
5.1 You may not sell or resell any of the products or samples purchased from this website.
5.2 Before shopping on this website, it is recommended that you click on our website and study the Instruction of our products, or check with our beauty consultants or our sales executives for details of the use of our products.

6. Cancel the order
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the number of deliveries in the following cases:
~ We do not have sufficient stock to meet your order requirements, fail to arrange deivery for your delivery address, the wrong price for the goods or the wrong supply of the suppliers, or we have the right to believe that you are in violation of these terms and conditions.
6.2 If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will return the amount of your purchased goods to your credit card as soon as possible. Due to processing time, it will normally be completed within 30 days of your order date. We will not provide any compensation for your dissatisfaction arising from the inability to order the goods.

7. Responsability
7.1 If you find that the products is not ordered by you, damaged, deteriorated or inconsistent, you must inform us on the date of delivery, otherwise we will not arrange to return or follow up. 7.2 If you have not received your order goods within 30 days of confirming your order, you must notify us within 40 days of the confirming the order. Otherwise, we will not accept the order. 7.3 If you receive any questions relating to Clause 7, we will follow up to you as follows:
~ Timely delivery of goods;
~ replacement of a problem or deterioration of the product;
~ return the amount of the purchased good to your credit card （ including the amount of the shipping costs）.
7.4 The returned produsts policy applies only to order made on this website. You can not return to any of our authorized retailers or beauty centers.
